TRACER is built in Winnipeg, Canada. This page is the short version of how we handle the emails and site data you give us.
Who we are
TRACER is operated by Andy Sworyk. Questions: hello@jointracer.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist — email, whether you joined as a player, investor, or both, the time you signed up, and that you consented to hear from us. We also store a truncated connection IP to rate-limit spam.
- Contact form — name, email, message, time, and a truncated IP for the same spam reason.
- Site counts — a daily pageview tally with no cookies and no advertising ID. We do not store your IP on those counts.
Why
Waitlist mail is so we can tell you when pre-order opens (CASL commercial electronic messages — you opt in on the form). Contact mail is so we can reply. Pageview counts tell us if the site is working, not who you are.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare (including D1 in North America). We do not sell it. We do not run Google Analytics or ad pixels on this site.
How long
Waitlist and contact records stay until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed to run TRACER. You can unsubscribe from waitlist mail in any email we send, or by writing hello@jointracer.com.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
You can ask what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@jointracer.com. We will answer as quickly as we reasonably can.
